Helmets are designed to reduce the risk of injury. They are not guaranteed to prevent injury in all circumstances. Bull riding is a contact sport with known hazards. Participation in bull riding implies the acceptance of potential injury or death. Injury may occur even when wearing our helmets.
Bull riding is an inherently dangerous sport. No one can predict the outcome of what might happen while riding a bull. Although our helmets give significant protection, they cannot protect against everything. Head related injuries are serious and can be life threatening. Each person must weigh the potential outcome of each ride and understand the risk that head injury is still a possible while wearing a helmet. Head injuries can occur, even when wearing the most protective head gear, due to the forces created and unknown circumstances in bull riding. The nature of the sport is one of danger and excitement and there are no guarantees of safety when riding bulls or other livestock.
Bull Head Helmets (EPT Bull Ropes LLC) is not liable for any head related or like injuries sustained while wearing our helmets. When purchasing and wearing our helmets riders/participates will hold Bull Head Helmets harmless for any head or bodily related injury while using our helmets.
If there are any defects in the helmet upon the receipt of the purchase of a helmet, please contact us immediately and do not use the helmet.
