Head injuries can occur at any moment/fall even when wearing the most protective helmets or protection gear. With all that in mind please understand the nature of the sport is one of danger and there are no guarantees of safety when riding bulls or any other forms of livestock.
Bull Head Helmets (EPT Bull Ropes LLC) is not liable for any head related or like injuries sustained while wearing these helmets. When purchasing and wearing these helmets the rider/user will hold EPT Bull Ropes LLC harmless for any head or bodily related injury while using these helmets.
