Warranty
All of our bull ropes include a 60-day warranty, guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects. If your rope has a defect, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a replacement.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return or exchange is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs and send out the correct item at no additional charge.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds are typically processed within 1 week after you hand your package to the return carrier. This timeframe includes:

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.
Exchanges:
Please contact us first for exchange instructions. We’re happy to help with sizing exchanges. Customers are responsible for any price differences, as well as all return shipping and reshipment costs.
Shipping
All in-stock bull ropes ship within 24 hours of payment via UPS Ground (3–5 business days). Orders under $100 ship via USPS Ground Advantage. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us for rates and availability.
Custom rope orders require approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.
We ship to most addresses within the United States. Some products may have shipping restrictions, and certain items cannot be shipped internationally.
When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on item availability and the shipping option selected. All standard shipments are sent via UPS Ground.
Please note: once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen items. In these cases, you will need to file a claim directly with UPS or USPS.
